AUCTION DETAILS:

I reserve the right to refuse/ban bidders that have a problematic transaction history and/or have hidden/excessive negative feedback.

I accept the following methods of payment. Please do not send payment until you've heard from me personally after the auction closes.

PayPal

You may pay by CC/eCheck by using PayPal. Item will be sent as soon as payment has cleared to my bank account which usually takes 5-7 business days (CC payments, eChecks are a few days more)

I will ship items paid by PayPal to a confirmed shipping address only - absolutely no exceptions unless you can provide stellar hobby references and/or high eBay feedback with no negatives.

My PayPal account is International - Verified for your peace of mind.

Western Union

I also accept payment via Western Union. If you choose to use WU, the item will be sent the same day I collect the payment.

Shipping:

If high bid is $399.99 or below:

Insured airmail shipping is an additional $35. Item will be sent double-boxed and with plenty of packing material. Please don't question the shipping cost - it actually costs more than $35 to ship a SM-sized resin, so I'm eating part of it myself as it is.

If high bid is $400 or above: Airmail shipping and insurance will be "on the house" (in other words, free!)!

I'm not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping - insurance applies. Please note that I will not issue a reimbursement if the boxes/shipping materials/etc the item was sent in were disposed of pre making an insurance claim as the packing materials are important evidence.

I ship the first business day after payment has cleared to my bank account.

Buyer is fully and solely responsible for any and all customs tax charges.

Payment must be sent within 72 hours of auction close. Failure to send payment within this timeframe will result in negative feedback, a non-paying bidder report and item relisting.

Conditions

The sale of this item is final unless the item is not as described. If so, I will refund the purchase price. Absolutely no shipping fees or likewise will be refunded. Refund will be sent when I have received the item back (buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to me).

Item must be sent back within seven (7) business days of receipt, as per my instructions, for this guarantee to be valid. Buyer must contact me and receive a response before shipping the item back.

Parents are fully responsible for their under-age children bidding.

Time payments

Time payments may be arranged if the winning bid is $300 or above, but you *must* check with me pre-bidding and provide me with a couple of reliable references if I haven't dealt with you previously.

30% or $150 down (whichever amount is greater) is required. I will discuss an individual payment plan with the buyer, but no matter what the item must be paid for in full within 120 days of auction end, and payments must be made on a timely and monthly basis. All installments are non-refundable. The item will not be shipped until paid in full.

Minkiewicz-Breunig Spinnaker resin horse CM/custom by Mariah Hjerppe/Kalaa Studios

At long last... a new CM from Kalaa Studios (that would be be me, BTW)! This time around it's the lovely Spinnaker resin sculpted by Sarah Minkiewicz-Breunig. It was made available only to RESS members and is now discontinued. The sculptural detail on this large SM-scale resin is absolutely amazing - you really have to see it in person to fully appreciate it. Unfortunately this resin is a bit tippy, so he comes with his own custom-made base (not shown in the photos).

I oilpainted this lil' fella a very varied dappled sandy bay with reddish tones. He has loads of color variation going from super-light cream to dark brown, including discrete dapples. He has many layers of ultra-thin paint, giving depth to his color as well as a smooth finish. No white markings on this guy... I felt he didn't need them to stand ut.

I added iridescent shimmer to his black mane/tail/leg mix, so the little white specks you can see in the pics are *not* dust or missing paint... just the iridescent particles catching the light.

Due to the poor lighting conditions when I photographed him, I've made some color balance adjustments in Photoshop in order to try and show off his true color hue as accurately as possible (in the original photographs the color was way off). On my screen the photos are near perfect now (color-wise anyway), but please note that your screen may not necessarily display colors in the way which mine does as different brands tend to be calibrated differently!

He has all the "usuals" such as sanded seams, quad-eyes, plenty of minute fine detail, several coats of Krylon and glossed eyes, nostrils and hooves.

Time payments are available if the high bid is $300 or above , but you must read and agree to my terms first (see left-hand column), as well as contact me at least 48 hours before the auction ends.

My custom work has won championships and Grands in open live show competition in at least four countries, including NAN Grand Championships, Reserves and multiple Top Tens (including in the Workmanship and Color divisions). To see examples of my previous works, please got to my About Me page which has a link to my website.

I have 20+ years of successful experiences with international dealings and will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding this auction - by now there's hardly an issue left I can't resolve! The high bidder will receive detailed information via email. Please note that I'm out of town June 21st-24th. I will still be able to access my email, but probably only about 2-3 times/day. I will get back to you as soon as possible if you have any questions, but please don't fret if it takes a day or so...

I do my very best to make sure that every transaction is as quick and smooth as possible and kindly ask of all bidders that you intend to do the same. Please read all auction details carefully before bidding - I stick to 'em. I love to give glowing feedback... but I will not hesitate to leave a negative if the high bidder doesn't pay and/or act according to my auction details.

As a last note: I do not allow alterations (other than repairs) to be made to my work, so if you bid on this fella you agree not to have any alterations done, such as adding of white markings etc. If you do not agree with my policy, please don't bid. :) I know, I'm a bore that way... but I (unfortunately) do have my reasons.

Thanks for looking and have a great day!
